We work with zoos, animal parks, and wildlife facilities across the UAE. Our team has over 15 years of hands-on experience in animal training, behavior, husbandry, and facility management — with projects completed in Spain, Indonesia, India, and the United Arab Emirates.
Our primary expertise is in exotic birds, but we have worked with a range of species including mammals and marine mammals. We understand the operational realities of running an animal facility — the staffing challenges, the balance between animal welfare and visitor experience.
What We Do
We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to the needs of each animal facility and the animal species they house.
Operations & Management: We help facilities run more efficiently while maintaining high welfare standards. This includes reviewing daily routines, staff workflows, feeding schedules, enrichment programs, and record-keeping systems. The goal is to create a facility that works well for the animals and for the team.
Habitat Design: We design and review enclosures and habitats with the specific species in mind. Every animal has different spatial, environmental, and social needs. We work with your architects and builders to make sure the habitat supports natural behavior, allows for management flexibility, and meets welfare standards.
Animal Training Programs: We build training programs for your animals — from cooperative care and husbandry behaviors (voluntary crating, scale training, medical procedures) to presentations and interactive encounters. All training is based on positive reinforcement and operant conditioning.
Staff Training & Development: Your keepers and trainers are the people working with the animals every day. We provide hands-on training in animal behavior, body language reading, training methodologies, safety protocols, and enrichment programs. We can run workshops, ongoing mentoring, or full training program development.
Interactive Animal Encounters: We design educational encounters that are safe for both the animals and the public. This includes interactive presentations , walk-through experience planning, meet-and- greet formats, and behind-the-scenes programs. The priority is always the animal's comfort and welfare.
Animal Husbandry: We review and improve husbandry practices — diet, health monitoring, breeding management, and daily care routines. Good husbandry is the foundation that everything else builds on.
